The apartments are old but the problem i ...
The apartments are old but the problem is dealing with the landlord and the maintenance men. The landlord will present an order of eviction as soon as you notify that you are leaving the unit and he will keep your security deposit too. He is thief. Also the maintenance people will only fix things temporally not permanently. Please be aware.
