Riverview One

Our experience moving to Riverview was great, it was the best decision we made, primarily because of the tranquility and comfort of the building. I also want to highlight the willingness of Marcus and all the staff to address the concerns of the tenant.

We moved in about a month and a half ago and the building and staff are wonderful here. Marcus always answers our million questions and Jo is always very sweet when we need help with anything having to do with our lease or rent.  The application process was thorough but extremely quick, we were approved to move in within the week.  The move in day was seamless and took a lot less time than we expected.  Since we moved in any maintenance request we put in has been taken care of extremely quickly, usually the next day.  Like with any building things sometimes break but any time they do they are quickly taken care of and fixed.  We are very happy with our decision to move into the building.

Excellent decision to have chosen this building to live, It is everything we are looking for, very quiet and cozy. The building has very modern themes, 24-hour security and above all the staff who work here are very friendly. My friend Marcus was very helpful in the moving process, he was always telling me step by step. We are very happy to have chosen this place 10/10.

Individual at the front was nice enough and was thorough with his tour. Bait-and-switch tactics on the pricing when comparing the listing to the unit available. There’s no guest parking, street parking is virtually unavailable and there’s a large wait list to purchase a second parking spot.

Very well maintained building, apartments are very spacious for the price, amenities are great, and area is very calm. Nothing else to ask for. Also, management and leasing agents are amazing. Leasing agent Marcus has helped me with the process of the move in to be so easy. Thank you

Moved in September and so far my experience here has been nothing but great. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved. Location is great and very central! The application and move in process was very swift and easygoing thanks to Marcus! His attention to detail and care for the tenants is one of the best parts of living at Riverview One.
