Riverview One

We have had a fantastic experience with our move-in. Everything has been completely seamless and we are very happy with our new home. Marcus has been amazing, he is very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

We have just moved to RIVERVIEW One. The building is very well kept, always very clean. Thank to Marcus for his support throughout the process and the team ar RIVERVIEW one (Raul and the whole team that keep the building shining!) Thank you.

I moved into Riverview One a few weeks ago and absolutely regret it. The day I moved in Marcus came outside to inspect the inside of my car. He has since told me to not park in the parking spot I pay for in the garage. Every time he sees me come in and out of the building he stops me to talk to me about my car and whatever else he wants. The security guards stare me down and ask me if I live here when they see me even though you need an FOB to enter the building 24/7. I had to wrestle a package out of one of the security guards hands because he refused to give it to me even after giving him my name and apt # multiple times. This is all harassment. The interior is all drywall so I can hear my next door neighbor practically brush their teeth in the morning, let alone doors slamming, children in the hallway screaming, loud music,dog barking etc. Even the refrigerator that came with the unit is incredibly loud. There are also reports of mold in the building. The staff  at Riverview One are all incredibly nosy and overbearing. Please avoid this place.

Marcus was a great help in facilitating a smooth and easy move in. The whole process was fast and professional which made the hassle of moving so much easier.

Overall the apartment lived up to expectations and the building is quite clean and well kept. Marcus and management was helpful during the moving process. Parking can be a bit of a headache as residents get one assigned spot, be aware if you are a person with multiple vehicles in the household.

Our son moved into Riverview One this weekend. The one bedroom one bath is large and bright. The location is only a few miles from his work downtown. The unit was clean and well maintained. The best part was dealing with Marcus at the leasing desk. My son was in a hurry to move in and Marcus helped so much. We viewed the apartment on Tuesday, applied that day and moved in on Saturday. Marcus was supportive and helpful with my son’s timetable. It’s a great property in a convenient location to downtown. Thank you, Marcus!!!!!!

I have been living here for almost 2 months, Everything is pretty good and we are enjoying our apartment, There were some maintenance needed and the y Take care of it very quickly.. The front desk is also very helpful. Specially, Markous helped me to carry a heavy package that I received at the beginning.. The apartment is very clean smell good and parking is also available for reasonable price $50 Per year. I wish this big complex has a bigger gym though. Also, they close the pool very soon around 6-7 PM which make it mostly unusable. I hope they changed this Soon .

I moved into Riverview a week ago. my move in experience was amazing, management kept communication with me at all times!!! Building it self is amazing, super clean, organized, I DO NOT HEAR MY NEIGHBORS... everything about this place is amazing!!! Highly recommend moving in here if u have the opportunity!!!
