Riviera Condominium

My out of state clients loved Riviera.  The water view from the building is to die for. The building is being remodeled. Love the location and great place for my clients to call home.

Great place but going through unnecessary construction thatthe residents will probably be paying for years to come.

Excellent location next to 1 Hotel and Homes, W hotel, Faena and so much more. Gorgeous views from the higher Floor units, good onsite management, nice amenities and plenty of parking! The New 2018 exterior renovation will completely change the building, can’t wait!

I lived at this place for a year. During that year I’ve experienced the following: The “property manager” doesn’t manage anything. She does not come out of the office and does not answer the phone. She made the process of applying to be a resident absolutely miserable and even caused us to have to stay in a hotel with all of our belongings because she didn’t tell us we were missing a form for a week. Instead of trying to help residents and guests, she argues with them- actually yelling at them. All deliveries cost $50 and a move out is $150 - although no service on the building’s end is provided.
One of the security guards also doesn’t speak English. Yes, Miami is a place where Spanish is spoken. However, a security guard should HAVE to speak English. I don’t speak Spanish and I had an emergency with a pipe breaking. He couldn’t say more than how are you and it prolonged the clean up almost an hour trying to find someone to speak Spanish to him.
All and all, this year has been miserable. I would NEVER live here again.
Positive note- two of the security guards are absolutely wonderful and manage the property way more than the property manager ever did.
