It is a very well maintained and wonderfully located building from the 60's. It is in a very quiet area and has a laundry market, a drugstore and wonderful restaurants nearby.

I work for Amazon Flex and just made a delivery for one of your tenants. Security guard “Phillip” was unnecessarily rude for what should’ve been a brief, innocuous encounter. All I asked was if I leave the package with him and he RUDELY says “well it’s sitting on my desk isn’t it?!!!” I figure management would be interested in knowing this is who represents your business.
