Lived here for a while.. peaceful area, close to everything and maintenance is spot on! Roberto is hard working and makes sure all is taken care of. Each request was fulfilled same or next day. They will also work with you on a case by case basis. The young ladies in the office are great!! Major downfall is the roaches, rats and termites that you will experience. They don’t really deal with the issue, they just patch it up until the issue presents itself again. The building needs to be tented. Had to toss most of my furniture upon move out due to roach, termite and rat infestation. Also, there are no cameras on the property or in the alley where you park between both buildings. Someone hit my car and nothing could be done because there was no footage. Had to pay 500 to fix my door.

Been here almost a year and never had my issues the area is very quiet and neighbors are friendly Also no bugs

My wife and I have been living here for  ...

My wife and I have been living here for 13 years, and so far the best management team have been Anna and Heidi always there when we need a repair in the unit, or simply we need help with renewing our lease. Also  Roberto always does an exceptional job with maintenance and keeping the property looking great.

Bruh this place is terribly infested with German roaches the worst kind!!!! Please beware before you decide to spend your hard earned money here. The location is golden but them roaches will TAKE OVER YOUR APARTMENT!!! Especially the kitchen, they crawl on you while you sleep, can’t walk away from a plate of food for a second, the fridge even has a roach motel. It’s absolutely crazy and can’t be a healthy living environment.

The apartments are nicely renovated. The building  sits in a very convenient location on a quite block. Neighbors are really friendly and there is a maintenance person there daily patrolling and cleaning the grounds. What I didn't like about the property was that the parking situation is very horrible, especially if you come home after 8pm. There seemed to be so many roaches that we were going through cans of Raid on a monthly basis. The hardware from the cabinets and bathrooms would easily fall off.
I had to throw away all my furniture at moving due to this issue. My computer,Tv and other electronics were also ruined.

Roach infestation have to tough it out for a year wouldn't have rented if i knew it was this bad.

Dont be fooled by the outside of the apartments! The apartments are renovated very nicely but the inside of them are infested with roaches horribly. The office workers are more concerned about the outsides scenery of the apartments ,which is nicely kept, but careless about the bug infestation that the residents are constantly complaining about. I had to tape shut little cracks in my kitchen and bathroom walls and floors to keep the roaches from coming out. I couldn't stop the bugs from crawling into my fridge because they would live in the back of my fridge. Even the exterminator told me that sooner or later  management is going to have  to put a tent over the entire building. The rent is getting higher and roaches are getting worse! The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is close to shopping malls. If the place wasn't infested I would have  wanted to stay longer but tooooo many roaches. That is why there is always an open vacancy, people are coming and going..
