Legacy at Sans Souci

I have only good things to say! My husband, dog, and I lived here for almost 3 years and the staff was always kind, the grounds were taken care of, and issues got resolved promptly. Our apartment never ever had a single bug, which was surprising for Florida. We highly recommend Legacy at Sans Souci and will miss all the kind staff.

Estela made my move from Tennessee very smooth in April 2023. She responded to my calls and emails promptly, and was able to provide helpful information about the area. I was nervous about moving to a place I had never seen in person, but Estela answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel at ease. I love my new place and my neighbors. I feel very safe here. The unit is upgraded and feels like home, and it is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and, more importantly to me, the water. It has great amenities that include a fully-equipped fitness center and a resort-style 9ft deep pool. My family and friends who have come to visit say that it feels like a luxurious Airbnb. If all this were not enough, during the weekend of my move-in, I bumped into Estela and she had a grocery carrier with Malta India sitting on the very top and I mentioned how much I loved them. I had no groceries during my first week, which she did not know. Well, that very week I stopped at her office to turn in my move-in paperwork, and she handed me a Malta India. I found it so very thoughtful. It's the little things that leave a lasting impression. As I conclude my review, I cannot go without mentioning that I felt a huge sense of community when the battery on my car died this past Saturday and from one moment to the next I had 4 neighbors, whom I had never seen or spoken to before, just give a lending hand while under the rain to ensure that I receive the help I needed. This is a great place to call home.

Estela made our move from California as easy as possible during this pandemic. She is very responsive by phone and email, which made communication a breeze. The apartment is lovely and in a nice neighborhood with stores and restaurants conveniently located. I’d highly recommend! Update: Feb 2023
After 2.5 years at Legacy Sans Souci, I still highly recommend this apartment complex. Estela is very kind and welcoming and was always available by email, phone, or in-person. Their maintenance team is very friendly and helped to resolve any issues in a prompt and efficient manner. We also got a dog during our time living here and he loved the dog park in the backyard. Some of our neighbors were also very friendly - we were very sad to say bye to them.
Overall, a great and affordable place to live in North Miami!

We lived in this condominium for 2 years, we had to move due to job offers, otherwise we would still be there, Mrs. Estela and her work team are attentive to any circumstance and inconvenience that we could have, I really recommend them 100%, we live there peacefully , safe, and the condominium areas are always clean without a doubt, if we returned to Miami without thinking about it we would return to them.!!! Mrs. Estela Thank you for all your attention and help.!! God bless her

Excellent attention

Moved to Miami from out of state a few months ago and toured 10+ properties before making the (easy) decision to sign with Legacy at Sans Souci. Estela, the property manager, was very thorough answering questions, gave her honest opinions, and really made you feel a part of a community. The maintenance team, pest control, and on-site patrol officer are highly efficient and very friendly. They will always ensure your comforts and needs are always being met. They work hard to keep the property clean (including the gym/pool) and safe for all residents.
I can't recommend this property enough. Definitely the best bang for your buck ($$$) in Miami-Dade County. The building is made of concrete so the walls are basically soundproof! Also, the residents here are so neighborly - a random resident saw me struggling with some car maintenance in the parking lot and helped me without me asking!
The neighborhood is relatively quiet (mostly traffic noise), safe, and walkable to grocery stores and great restaurants. Also, about a 10-min drive to the beach or 20-min to downtown Miami - not to mentioned equal distance from MIA and FLL International Airports for some travel options!
I will definitely be resigning when the time comes!
(Not Property's Fault: If you plan on moving here, I recommend Xfinity/Comcast for your internet provider. I had a lot of issues with AT&T Services)

I absolutely love living here!!! The people are very nice and the staff, led by Estela, is just simply wonderful!! It’s very serene and the complex is very tranquil. I highly recommend this place!!!

The manager is very rude! They don’t care if you want to apply or not, I called to this place twice trying to get my application, the manager Estela just said she was to much busy to check the applications, also I went there in person and they didn’t help me. Thanks God I didn’t move there.
