While visiting family the tenants in apt A-105 be having parties we can’t park in guest parking or even get in the parking lot when you call and complain this brush it off.. I hope my family hurry up and relocate… Because this is the pits and the president of the HOA (HALL) is very RUDE!!!!

They assign guest spots to each building (who "assigns" a guest spot anyway?) And have your car towed even if you're in the right spot. They do not respond to any complaints about their owners and have unsafe units next to inhabited ones. God only knows what mold and other toxics are leaking into the adjacent units. There are people smoking cocaine and crack laced marijuana joints in the stairwells. This is a terrible place!!
