Truly an extraordinary project. I just saw an interview by Ms. Ariana Rojas on her YouTube channel and the values ​​and designs of the floors, their finishes and complete common areas are amazing. The views are spectacular.

Cant wait for this! It’s one of the most exciting developments coming to Miami that will make edgewater that much more desirable to live. Chris

Very informative and Detailed

Think twice before buying here. Just look at every Melo built project - garbage. Aria on the bay, currently under a 12+ month project to figure out how to keep it from flooding when small rain comes down, Horrible security companies means you get robbed in broad daylight. Floors are laid out uneven. Nick the sales manager and his entire team are just trying to con you for a dollar then hand over an absolute trash of a unit. They did with Aria on the bay and moved on to this property. Not only that, when you move into one of his units the service goes even further down. Missed appointments, lack of communication, the list goes on.. Melo doesn't build quality, they build to make money and move on and the sales teams hired are typical Miami teams. Big words and fancy show rooms but trust me, the final product will be riddled with issues and let down . Aria is currently being sued as well for illegal fee's to move in and out. All the appliance are "branded" but the company just builds junk mass produced items then adds a their fancy name to it. I had a plumber come out and tell me that he alone makes 6 figures a year serving Aria property from how bad everything is. You've been warned.
