I have been living here for about 7 years. Over the years management and maintenance staff has gotten worse. The new set of maintenance staff does not complete the maintenance orders ..they come by, tell me that they need to order something to fix it, but instead they close out the order when they leave. I have asked for the tubs in both bathrooms to be re-caulked, after 7 years it is stripping away, the first maintenance guy who came told me that they needed to order the one that was used on my tub..later that evening I received an email notification that the maintenance ordered was completed/closed out. I re-opened another, a different guy came by. He did one tub and told me that he would come back to do the other one bc the shower will not be able to be used for 24 hrs. He has never returned. The cord to the faucet in the kitchen had a leak and instead of giving me a new faucet they change the cord and bring me an old faucet that someone else used that had mold where water comes out from. To this day they have not given me a new faucet. There is an old moldy smell coming from the vents when the AC comes on.. i told maintenance about it, he said he'd bring back a humidifier..never came back. The guy Rob (the older one, I believe at one point there were 2 Rob's) in the front office is so lazy and is not helpful. I called down there multiple times one day to see if they had the key to the mail room bc there was an error on the machine and was unable to scan the QR code. He did not answer the phone, I went down there and he tells me that he doesn't have the key and says he was busy that's why he didn't answer the phone. How is it that you don't have the key? Another time I got a notification that 2 packages were delivered to the mail room, however when I went down there.. I didnt see the packages. I called the office to ask if they are able to view the cameras in the mail room at the time the package was Said to be delivered
He said the manager would have to look and call me back. Guess what, I never got a call and the packages never showed up. Another time I called and asked for my carpet to be cleaned i was told that i would have to ask that when i am renewing the lease.I've been here for 7 years, they have not done any upgrades to my unit..the rent continues to go up and they had the nerve to tell me they can't clean my carpet??.. ughh the previous management staff, Galia & Candace (even though she was rude in the beginning) were so much better. I will say that they are good at keep the grounds together but they put the sprinklers on at night and it looks like a pond where the water fills up and is wetting up the sidewalk, you have to run to not get soaked.
The back pool has been closed for years (they opened it briefly way after covid and then closed it again. with different excuses being given..one being that they are building a dog place back there. That should not interfere with renters wanting to use the pool. I should NOT have to make multiple trips to the front pool for instance if you wanted to bbq on the grill and you have multiple items to bring. I was told there was a leak...well how long does it take to get the leak fixed its been years????
There's mandatory trash pick up at your door..for $45. The trash people have busted out the bags of trash a couple of times on the breeze way and left a mess of food and trash. There needs to be regularly scheduled pressure washing of the breezeways bc this looks very unpleasant. The stairs could also use some painting as well.
Overall, the previous years of living here was more pleasant! Changes are needed!!!
