Sherwood West Apartments

2nd one in a row in our parking lot and they wanna raise the rent. No security, no cameras, no fully accessible washer or drier anywhere, no pool for more than a year now... but they just raised the rent. They "don't have money" for any of these things, but they are remodeling apartments in hopes of renting them for a fortune. Good luck!

After moving from a much more expensive apartment in the Hammocks, I am finding it to be the best value in the Kendall area.

Horrible neighborhood!!!! I swear i would give it 0 stars if i could. I went to a party @my aunts house there and when i was ready to leave , turned out my car was freaking towed because i "didnt have a permit pass" which was complete bs to get my money!!! Its some new policy they made to take ppls money, not only did my car get towed but ,3 other ppl's did too because how the hell are we suppose to know , to get a pass, THERE WAS NO SIGN OR ANYTHING!!!! After 12 am they just decide to tow ur car & u have to go get it & pay $101 :/ horrible neighborhood never going there again. No details on pass or anything. Complete bs. Management sucks . Total rip off . They scam the hell out of u i swear. They love to take ppls money and cause them stress, btw this was at 2 am !!! -_-
