Lived here for over 5 years, love the size of the apartment and the management team is great. Very helpful and truly care about their tenants.

I have lived in Sherwood Apartment for 9 years, a spectacular place and location. The condo is well maintained and tidy. I am very happy with the management and their quick response. I would not change my house. Thank you Sherwood West.

We are going to live here for 5 years, thank God it has gone very well for us, I am very grateful to those in the office, they are always there to help us, in these 5 years they have given me the quality to always solve something, I am very grateful to everyone both in the office and the maintenance people, I congratulate all that great team and I thank them very much for each day.

2nd one in a row in our parking lot and they wanna raise the rent. No security, no cameras, no fully accessible washer or drier anywhere, no pool for more than a year now... but they just raised the rent. They "don't have money" for any of these things, but they are remodeling apartments in hopes of renting them for a fortune. Good luck!
