This is the worst condominium that exists, I lived here for 1 year, the security only serves to gossip with the residents, it is the first one to call the tow truck, they towed my car many times, you arrive at night there is no parking available, do not come here, you lose your money .

Great place to live Jose and his office staffs are always friendly and professional I lived there from 2016 to present no matter what issues I had Jose in the office solved them for me I love living here at Coral Gate I also have four family members living here it’s a safe and clean place to live yes there are certain rules if you follow the rules you won’t have any problems Jackie the security guard is one of the nicest person I have ever met she has helped me and my family members many times also Jose and his office staffs are very helpful Jose is never too busy to come out of office just to say hi my family and I are very happy living here we live in different units but are all happy .

If you need to visit someone there, go walking, park somewhere else, leave your car far from that place because they are waiting for you to steal your car and they’ll demand a ransom for it!!! I’ve only been in that place like a visitor and I’ve had two of awful experiences! I went there to visit somebody a saturday, there isn’t a guard shack, there isn’t anybody in the office, no machines, no phone numbers at the gate, nothing! Then, I parked at the visitors parking lot, on a “guest” parking spot and, when I came out, my car had been towed! When I figured it out to know where they had taken my car, I had to pay an Uber to the place (10 miles away) and I had to pay $172 to recover my own car!!! That was a kidnapping!!! They stole my car and then they asked me money to give it back to me, a vulgar kidnapping! And they say the reason was because I didn’t have a permit on my car to park there. How am I going to have it if there wasn’t Any soul at the place who gave it to me??? It was a sunday around 1 o’clock in the morning and obviously there wasn’t a single person there! They obviously have a joint business with the towing company called Overall Towing!

The worst condominium I can see, please, no one moves here, it's the worst, everything is a lie, I moved in and paid to have two parking spaces and from one day to the next I liked them and they said they were all Guess and anyone can park wherever and you arrive from work and you have nowhere to park and if you park in a booth like the one you had in front of you, they will tow it away. They have towed it twice already and they tell you that if there is no parking You see the security Yaquelin who is the first to call the tow truck to tell it to take you, she has very bad form and is never in the condominium downstairs to help, she spends her days in the hallways on the 3rd floor and in the bedroom. office at night and if you don't find it they tell you to wait for a car to leave and then the worst will happen 😤

If I could give it 0 Stars I would give it! This condo is one of the worst in the area, if you are thinking about renting or buying... better run and look for another place.
1. There is no gate that guarantees security, whoever wants to enter. On the contrary, you will find a despotic and rude lady who thinks she is the owner of the complex, treating everyone badly and with an attitude that is not worth mentioning, riding around in a golf cart always looking for someone to mess with. And when the cars wake up with broken windows or without tires there if no one responds (many cases per month)
2. Always a problem with parking, don't even think about inviting visitors because they won't have anywhere to park and they will surely tow your car if they go past 12. Quite a plot!
3. There is an infestation of cockroaches 🪳 everywhere so you fumigate and your apartment stays clean, they get in everywhere!! And no one from the administration responds there if they are not there!
4. The “gym” never works and the pool was closed for two years.
5. The elevators? Haha, get ready to climb stairs 🪜 because they get damaged at least twice a month!
6. And don't even think about going to the administration to comment on something or make a request. The manager is rude, and they will never solve anything for you. Don't waste your time.
7. Get used to having that annoying alarm noise when you least expect it. It is activated at any time and at any time. Surely when it is really needed and it is an emergency!! ️ no one will leave their house, it is a habit to listen to it!
This place is a complete circus!! With animals and clowns included! Run away before it's too late and experience all of the above and more 🙃
