Nice place to live

If I could I would rate this 0 stars. I couldn’t enter to visit my parents for dinner because my “Van” was too big.
They were making up rules as they went on with the conversation of either it’s too long or too big, and when I asked about what’s the smallest I would need to enter they didn’t have an answer.

Worst place to visit my parents, and when it rains this place is underwater with human feces, believe me I’ve seen it with toilet paper

Me and One of my future wives came to visit what seemed to be a good fit in terms of style and what a condo in Miami should be. To our surprise, we couldn’t even access the building that the realtor was showing.  Why? Deplorable flooding. How deep? Our chihuahua named Princess had to doggie paddle her way to the other side ( not that we allowed that to happen once we realized how DIRTY the water was). It got to midway my legs before I said it wasn’t worth it. It only rained maybe 15 minutes in the area which means that this water stagnation is a common issue and I’m afraid what can happen when April, the worst month for rain comes by or even worse, a strong Tropical Storm decides to flood Miami like usual.
Whatever you do, if you care about your life and like having a home where you don’t have to tread water just to go get groceries Skylake Gardens Condominium is not the place for you ⚠️⚠️⚠️
