The building is amazing—it practically sells itself. The only issue is the staff, who are extremely inefficient and constantly charge extra fees without any valid reason. On top of that, they are unhelpful and unwilling to assist when you have a problem.

Jennifer is amazing! She always answers questions anytime, and I think she’s the perfect agent to guide you through your rental process! I highly recommend her !

I recently moved into The Society at Wynnewood, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jenifer as my leasing agent. From the very beginning, Jenifer was amazing — she gave me a thorough tour, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about living here. Her professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I’m super excited to call this place home, and I would highly recommend Jenifer to anyone considering moving to The Society at Wynnewood!

She was super helpful in helping me decide especially since I recently got divorced. This building is super cool alot of activities. Jenifer is one of the most amazing leasing agents ever . She gives good advice as to what suits my personality and I’m super appreciative. 10/10 would recommend…..

I’ve lived here since they opened. Every single month so far they’ve attempted to overcharge me for rent. My car was broken into twice while parked on the second floor of the building. Squatters in the stairwells and vacant floors. Absolutely 0 security. Unprofessional management. You name it- I can go on and on, would give 0 stars if I could.

Shout out to Elaine for making the process so easy for me. Absolutely love the space and grateful for the support on elaine’s part. 10/10 recommend!

False advertising, many of the areas do not look like the photo renders. Also now I’m getting charged additional fees I was not told about during the leasing conversations. Not a good look at all. There’s a lot of issues with all the rules at this place. It Feels like they treat people like they are little kids and have no self control so all convenient things are not allowed. No food delivery to the door, pool closes early, almost no shade on the roof, no key card access to floors other than your own.
If you suggest an improvement online or at the front desk to the most senior person working there the answer is, “sorry, that’s up to corporate, even though I agree with you, we can’t do anything about that” - sad.
I moved out of here after 4 months.

THIS APARTMENT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! they will go against their OWN contract and violate terms and make up their own rules as days go on. apparently we cannot let our dog out on our own balcony for some fresh air nor the rooftop EVEN though it’s advertised as pets welcomed. do not try to argue with them, you will not win. talking to them is pointless and drama, aka like high school all over again. there are so many other apartments that are ACTUALLY pet friendly and will not harass you about anything and everything. choose wisely, moving out under a year of being here.
