I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Alex, our building’s concierge, for the incredible job he does. From the first time you meet him, it’s clear that he’s not just professional, but also friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping. He’s always on top of things and has this great work ethic—whether it’s handling requests big or small, he’s quick, organized, and always goes the extra mile. We’re lucky to have Alex here—he truly makes a difference in our daily lives, and his dedication really stands out.
Also, Solmar staff is wonderful including ladies in the office and the manager Josh.
They respond and help in every request we have. Ladies at the office are super kind and helpful every-time I walk for anything in their office.
Thank you Solmar team for making us feel home. We’ve been here since 2018 and this tells enough.

The best part of living here is the concierge. Specifically Alex. He is always friendly and eager to help residents with any problems they have! I have never missed a piece of mail or package with him here.

Big mail mixup could’ve lost something really important to me but the awesome concierge Alex saved my package because he remembered my name. Above and beyond 5 stars in my book!
