It is not the center of Downtown it's 2blocks north of.Homeless sleeping in the alley and purusing the garage for valuables/victims.Nice views for the next year then 2 47floor towers to the east going up.

Nicest building in Flagler village. Well maintained. Nice big units with huge balconies.

Just moved here in March and it’s been great so far. The gym is super convenient, and there’s a great yoga studio, a coffee shop, and Mister O1 pizza place right down the street. Great place to live.

I have lived in Strada for the previous 2 years. This building has amazing views and is at the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The amenities including a pool, hot tub, gym, guest parking, and the staff all make this place a hidden gem. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that you can walk to if needed. Las Olas is only a few blocks away as well. I definitely recommend this building, the quality of life here is great.

New management has significantly improved the building - new carpets in the common area, new pool chairs, gym upgrades coming soon, and an overhaul to the plants and decor on the 7th floor terrace. Marc’s great, and he keeps making the place even better!
