DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Yes is quiet for the most part but when it comes to maintenance?!? MANNNNN!! The office manage Melissa NEEDS TO BE FIRED. You have to literally threaten her with code enforcement to get things done. I had a pipe burst in my wall and I called her for 3 DAYS STRAIGHT AND SHE IGNORED ME. I was calling and texting her and telling her about the pipe AND SHE IGNORED ME. Then one day i came home and my entire apt was FLOODED! and not only that, when i threatened her with code enforement the maintenance ppl came and all they did was cut the wall open(and it cut open SMOOTH LIKE BUTTER, thats how wet the wall was) and fixed the pipe and closed it back. Didnt even dry it!!! Even my first WEEK of me living here my ac did not work and i had to threaten her with code enforcement for her to call someone. DO NOTTT MOVE HERE!!!! MELISSA U NEED TO BE FIRED!! You are an irresponsible adult!!
