These are the least expensive apartments ...
These are the least expensive apartments closest to Miami and the management raised the rent by $100 in a year... This is no San Francisco or New York but looking forward to more homeless people and higher crime since there are no new businesses, significant wage increases for existing businesses, or quality improvements to the existing apartments to support such a significant hike in rent price.

I'm not even sure where to begin. It's been two years since I moved here. Constant flooding forced me to leave my first apartment before I had even been there for a month. Nobody was able to fix it. The "so-called professionals" they called needed assistance, so my brother-in-law had to come. My oven was infested with roaches when I moved into the next apartment, and it took them weeks to replace it. You have to pay extra for pest control and maintenance. They place you on a list for pest control, and since there is a limit to how many can be completed in a month, they might not even reach you. Luckily, I managed to handle it on my own. When you try to contact maintenance, they don't know English, and they rarely come to fix your problems. All of their previous good maintenance men have quit. The image is not a true representation of the building's appearance. People are filthy and toss garbage everywhere. You can hear everything since the walls are so thin. I may add that I spoke with my upstairs neighbors about their loudness and "on purpose" stomping throughout the house, but all I did was make the situation worse. For this reason, I went to the office. After requesting and sending several recordings, the office has yet to take any action. The residents don't matter to them. When you call, they never pick up the phone.
They are rarely in the office when you try to see them to speak with them. On Saturday, the hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There was no one there when I arrived at 10:40 a.m. On this day, the office was never opened. There was no communication stating that they would be closing, and no one answered the phone.
The pool has never seems to be open since I've been here.
When you move in, they don't even give you information or an explanation of the amenities.
The card they provided me hasn't worked since the first day, therefore I've never been able to use their laundry facilities. when I attempted to obtain a new one, they told me I would have to call a third-party company to have the card fixed because I couldn't get a new one. When I moved in, I never got this card. When I asked a neighbor how to use the laundry room, she informed me that I needed a card. When I first came here, no one informed me of this.

This the best place by far. I have lived in . They have up graded a lot. No deposit to move in and its always clean. Laundry room is always working. And i love the assigned parking they have now. The office staff is great they help you with everything

I have been here about 7 or 8 years.i tr ...
I have been here about 7 or 8 years.i truly,truly love Ashley.However I am upset from the mild,roaches,spiders etc..  pay monthly for pest control but had service of total of 3 times this year.Under the sink is falling in,the sink is lifting and all my pots were destroyed completely ruined due to water damage that has affected the walls.Yara is awful as property manager.I walked down on staff.
