I'm not even sure where to begin. It's been two years since I moved here. Constant flooding forced me to leave my first apartment before I had even been there for a month. Nobody was able to fix it. The "so-called professionals" they called needed assistance, so my brother-in-law had to come. My oven was infested with roaches when I moved into the next apartment, and it took them weeks to replace it. You have to pay extra for pest control and maintenance. They place you on a list for pest control, and since there is a limit to how many can be completed in a month, they might not even reach you. Luckily, I managed to handle it on my own. When you try to contact maintenance, they don't know English, and they rarely come to fix your problems. All of their previous good maintenance men have quit. The image is not a true representation of the building's appearance. People are filthy and toss garbage everywhere. You can hear everything since the walls are so thin. I may add that I spoke with my upstairs neighbors about their loudness and "on purpose" stomping throughout the house, but all I did was make the situation worse. For this reason, I went to the office. After requesting and sending several recordings, the office has yet to take any action. The residents don't matter to them. When you call, they never pick up the phone.
They are rarely in the office when you try to see them to speak with them. On Saturday, the hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There was no one there when I arrived at 10:40 a.m. On this day, the office was never opened. The card they provided me hasn't worked since the first day, therefore I've never been able to use their laundry facilities. when I attempted to obtain a new one, they told me I would have to call a third-party company to have the card fixed because I couldn't get a new one. When I moved in, I never got this card. When I asked a neighbor how to use the laundry room, she informed me that I needed a card. When I first came here, no one informed me of this.
