It’s ok there roaches and lizards inside of the house the workers are unprofessional the kids there are loud but the place does have charm and great for the rent

This place is an absolute mess, it is mold infested and maintenance does not exist here. There are bugs everywhere and the building stinks of dog poop constantly. They do not fix issues they just paint over them and make things look pretty when at the core this building is rotting. I am shocked that they are still able to rent. No professional people work here and they are truly overpriced for what they offer. The property manager is NEVER in her office and she barely knows what she is talking about. The owner's favorite line no one is keeping you here instead of actually showing some concern for people. The elevator is broken 29 days out of the month, the water is turned off during work hours 15 days out of the month, the AC units break 25 days out of the month. Lets not get started on the amount of lizard, iguana's mosquitos and roaches they have there and no bug inspection is done. The laundry machine works every other day and cost $4.50 just to get them cleaned properly.They rush to get things done when the state is coming down on them and are very quick to say we will evacuate you, like who the hell you think wants to live in your building. The reason why people are still there is because they cant find anything cheaper to move into or they love living in hell. I am definitely about to be in the process of moving the hell out of the infested hell whole. Living under a rock is better than there. I know a lot of people read these posts and don't take it seriously but my post is the truth I live there now and this is happening to me as I am writing this statement.
