Celebration Point

Nice building with beatifull landscaping! Fountains and lake !  Large pool and hot tub!  See nature w animals !  Maintenance people are very nice!  A little pricey but for area okay!

It is a place that until now is quiet to live in. In the 14 years that I have lived here, I have not seen any major incidents. It is very quiet until now and it has an enviable lake behind, especially my apartment.

Association board of this place is governed by people who have nothing better to do than to coerce security guards (on CHRISTMAS DAY) in placing parking violation on parked vehicles WITH GUEST PARKING PASSES. & an absolute WITCH in the office to back them. Worst living experience in the world. Only buildings with board members may break the rules & decorate but the moment any other building decides to do something nice it’s immediately taken down with threats of fines. Rules for thee but not for me kind of locale. If I can rate it negative five stars I would. At the minimum the security (for the most part) are level headed & will reason with you but then again the wicked witch of the office will scrutinize you & make them do as she pleases. (Backed by the miserable board members.)
Worst HOA in Florida.
