ZERO STARS. Not a single one.
Very rude to previous tenant and uncertain. She gave me corporate number. Needs to have a complaint filed against her! Extremely unprofessional. Told me “it’s been years” as if I am not aware. Real people don’t deserve to be treated and spoken to in that way. I’m glad I don’t live in Miami anymore. The service is not up to par! The only thing she could do was give me corporate number and even then she was short talking me. If you don't have time to help
find a solution, do us all a favor and find an assistant.
I feel sorry for the tenants under your “management”.
