Hello, Anamina. We regret that your mom has had issues with her A/C unit. It is our understanding that a new A/C unit was installed in your mother's unit and unfortunately broke the same day. A new A/C unit was ordered to be installed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the pandemic has affected every industry and delivery of some products and services is taking longer than expected and this is something that is out of our hands. We understand how frustrating it is to be without a properly cooling A/C unit in our type of weather but our housing management has been providing maintenance and service to your mom's unit, including bringing a portable air conditioning device to alleviate the situation until the new A/C unit arrived. Our housing management informed that the A/C unit has already been replaced and your mother's unit has been inspected. We hope this issue is now resolved.
