Sunrise Village Apartments

They’re just ok. Like others have said, the grounds aren’t super clean, the hot tub doesn’t really work, and the apartment manager isn’t that nice at all. If you need assistance past 1 pm or the weekends good luck. In terms of the apartment, the stuff is new but fixed quickly, my light fixture fell off 6 months in and the hot water took forever to fix when I moved in. Not worth the price.

Since the new owners took over, this place has gotten worse. Management is rude, there's no emergency maintenance  available during the weekend or at after hours during the week, the parking lot is used as a spot for people to hang in their cars and smoke weed and who knows what else. One day next to my car there was a condom opened and used just thrown with other trash on the ground. The swimming pool is always filthy, and spa does not even work, the cable for television constantly goes out and has issues. They lack consideration as it is memorial day (only day off) and they have been working in the apartment downstairs since 8 in the morning and it's ridiculously loud. Be aware if you're are looking for a new place, things are not what they seem to be.

Ta month ago-Edit Delete They deleted my previous review as other people were noticing the scam of Sunrise Village Apartments.
Be careful of the lease they make you sign, they easily stole 4 figures from as a deposit, though it was there fault and them trying to sweep it under the rug. I would never trust a complex under united management group.
Once they steal your money they ignore you and are less than helpful.
Grounds are dirty, place is a joke and overpriced for falling apart buildings and trash littered everywhere.
Did I mention that the office manager is rude?
Extremely high application fees, extremely high security deposits and the worst amenities possible.
Good luck sleeping when you can hear all your neighbors, top, next door and below stomp around at all hours of the night.

It was attended to quickly and efficiently. It is good to leave at the door that they were in the apartment attending to what was required. Thank you

Came for a tour and immediately left this place. Everything looks like a section 8 complex .
Nowhere to raise a child.
Outside there were kids fighting in the parking lot and the ghettto adults were encouraging them.
Highly do not recommend living here. Save your money

Thieves!!!  I applied to live here and paid the ridiculous application fee only to be rejected for no reason. I have never been rejected from any application in my life. Seems like they are set on collecting application fees from people looking for somewhere to live. I should have read the google reviews before applying to live here. STAY AWAY by all means!! Several hundred dollars gone for no reason!

Been living here for a while and the new property management and maintenance is not good! The property manager lacks in customer service skills. The maintenance team used to be so good but now they don't even respond in a timely manner. No one speaks english either. They don't respond to emergencies if it's the weekend. They don't even have a number for emergencies over the weekend. I am really disappointed as I thought the new owners and property management were going to be so good.  I believed them when they said they actually care about the tenants.  I was wrong.

Lived here for 2 years, under the old management it was amazing. Of course there were some hiccups but any issue has always been resolved in a timely manner. Under the new management, issues are put off and given quick fixes without getting to the root of the issue. This is my 4th time calling about my AC to which the front desk has not put in an order for a new AC yet. Each time maintenance comes and cleans my AC for it to work for a week then to go back to blowing hot air. I need a new AC!
Would not recommend this new management company at all! Bring back Donna and Andre!!

Came to tour this community on Saturday but the office was closed? How is a leasing office closed on a Saturday when most people are not working?
I got a glimpse of the community by driving around and talked to some residents.
The community at first glance looked unclean, and the building look like they are falling apart at the seams.
The residents I spoke to all seemed like they could not wait to leave this place. I was told by a resident that the property managers seem to only be accepting people of hispanic heritage to move there.
Rent prices seem fairly low but also seems like a gimmick to collect application fees.
