Sunrise Village Apartments

Thieves!!!  I applied to live here and paid the ridiculous application fee only to be rejected for no reason. I have never been rejected from any application in my life. Seems like they are set on collecting application fees from people looking for somewhere to live. I should have read the google reviews before applying to live here. STAY AWAY by all means!! Several hundred dollars gone for no reason!

Been living here for a while and the new property management and maintenance is not good! The property manager lacks in customer service skills. The maintenance team used to be so good but now they don't even respond in a timely manner. No one speaks english either. They don't respond to emergencies if it's the weekend. They don't even have a number for emergencies over the weekend. I am really disappointed as I thought the new owners and property management were going to be so good.  I believed them when they said they actually care about the tenants.  I was wrong.

Lived here for 2 years, under the old management it was amazing. Of course there were some hiccups but any issue has always been resolved in a timely manner. Under the new management, issues are put off and given quick fixes without getting to the root of the issue. This is my 4th time calling about my AC to which the front desk has not put in an order for a new AC yet. Each time maintenance comes and cleans my AC for it to work for a week then to go back to blowing hot air. I need a new AC!
Would not recommend this new management company at all! Bring back Donna and Andre!!

Came to tour this community on Saturday but the office was closed? How is a leasing office closed on a Saturday when most people are not working?
I got a glimpse of the community by driving around and talked to some residents.
The community at first glance looked unclean, and the building look like they are falling apart at the seams.
The residents I spoke to all seemed like they could not wait to leave this place. I was told by a resident that the property managers seem to only be accepting people of hispanic heritage to move there.
Rent prices seem fairly low but also seems like a gimmick to collect application fees.

Horrible management. Great maintenance team. I lived at Shamrock of Sunrise, now known as Sunrise Village Apartments for 13 months. During my 13 month stay, I have experienced terrible service from management. Each maintance request would go unacknowledged when made in the online portal as it goes directly to the property managers, only to be resolved when approaching a member of the maintanence team (Stephan).
Upon inquiry of my security deposit refund, they advised that once my keys are turned in that I will receieve my refund within 2-4 weeks. After giving notice of my intent of non-renewal, I have not received any communication from Sunrise Apartments on how to receive my 4 figure deposit ( ridiculously expensive for an apartment deposit). I have sent many emails to the property on what my next steps will be to only be given the runaround or ignored.
Avoid living here under the new management unless you have thousands of dollars to just giveaway.

I absolutely love this property. I lived here 11 years ago and remembered what a pleasant experience it was, so I came back. It is clean and family oriented with a very helpful staff.

Sunrise Village Apartments is a quiet beautiful community. I have been here over a year with my son and mother and we are extremely happy living here. Now we have new management that has been expanding the gym, security and have a very friendly and attentive staff working here. I highly recommend...❤️

Love the communications of the new management, and starting to see how thing it starting 👏  to look better.
