Management is cruel and into animal abuse, they’re literally trying to kill the cats that live in that area instead of helping them like any decent human would.

Beware of Animal Cruelty at Sunset Apartments! I am absolutely horrified by the inhumane treatment of innocent cats at Sunset Apartments. The property management is actively trapping them and blocking the traps with heavy rocks so the cats cannot escape, leaving them to starve. This is blatant animal cruelty!
To make matters worse, some residents who hate cats are joining in by throwing rocks and other objects at them to cause harm. This is not only cruel but completely unacceptable. I have already been in touch with Channel 7 News to expose these horrific actions, and I will not stop until justice is served.
Any place that treats animals this way is not a place anyone should support. If management is willing to be this cruel to helpless animals, imagine how little they care about their residents. I urge anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. This is a disgrace, and something needs to be done immediately!

The manager, entrusted with overseeing the well-being of the property, has failed in their duty by turning a blind eye to the ongoing abuse of a local cat colony. Two residents, emboldened by the lack of intervention, have been tormenting the defenseless animals, subjecting them to cruelty and distress. They harass the cats relentlessly, throwing objects at them, chasing them off their only safe haven, and causing unnecessary harm for their own misguided amusement. The manager’s indifference to this behavior only perpetuates the cycle of suffering, allowing the residents to continue their inhumane actions without fear of consequence. This neglect not only fosters a toxic environment for the animals but also reflects a disturbing disregard for the ethical treatment of living beings.

I have not actually moved in yet but I can say that the staff is very pleasant and helpful but the online system has a couple of problems.

Bianca is a wonderful person.. unlike others in the office who serve you poorly and do not give you correct information.. Bianca in different ways treats you well, helps you, and above all is very attentive to the client who is totally happy with her 😘👍🙏 🏻

If you are looking for apartments, these are fine, they are not the prettiest, but they are cheap and accessible. Bianca, the blonde, is the only one who helps. Sometimes she looks tired, but she is loving and professional.

I am currently a resident and let me tell you, the office has changed since Bianca started working there. The older lady with glasses who also works in the office was unable to help me and gave me an unpleasant attitude. He yells at you and says we live in America to learn to speak English. Bianca helped me with my rent payment and renewing my dogs' evaluation.
