Don’t rent or live in this complex. The association is garbage. There’s never any parking. I have a (let me clarify EVERYONE HAS THIS DECAL) decal that’s been from 2020-2021 cause the complex HASNT updated. Yet the insist on booting my car every time because I have to create my own parking (I make sure it’s not in the way of anyone else’s parking, that it’s not near fire hydrants and isn’t blocking anything)since there’s never parking. They peak into your front porches to see what you have and if it’s appropriate. Bicycles get stolen all the time. The association people are miserable and are constantly both v everyone’s cars. The Pool is always dirty. It’s not maintained. And the apartments are dated.
