TGM Harbor Beach

I truly have enjoyed the years I have had with you all at TGM, it has been a home to me that I will never forget, I truly can’t thank you ladies enough for welcoming me with such open arms in your community when I first moved to south Florida.

My company Florida Residential Brokers LLC recently leased a unit at TGM Harbor Beach for my clients relocating from Cleveland, Ohio.  The process from application to approval was seamless with the help of their on site agent Wilda Encarnacion. This is rare in our line of business as many Property Managers do not welcome Realtor's because of the extra scrutiny we afford our clients, TGM Harbor Beach is not hiding anything. The location and amenities of this pet friendly property is very desirable but the hospitality and willingness to work with my company and assist our clients was second to none from their Management.  I can't begin to say enough about the Iove we encountered from everyone at TGM Harbor Beach, Wilda is a true professional with a great smile who welcomed my Clients to their new home with open arms.  The feedback I've received from my clients is also 5 stars, they are very pleased that we directed them to TGM Harbor Beach.  The Unit was delivered in excellent condition like new and there was nothing left to resolve on upon taking possession.  I highly recommend this luxury building to my fellow Realtors or anyone looking for a new place to live, whether you're familiar with this area or moving from out of state, look no further.  Let us know if we can help.  Brian Blume, Managing Broker.

I was very disappointed at this property TGM Harbor Beach at SE 17th  Street Ft .Lauderdale. I can’t speak for any other properties)) I went there to see an apartment at this property after they posted on Marketplace with A Realtor (they had a special on a1/12  bedroom.Pretty fare price being on the beach. The lady Duviana Santamaria  who works at the property   she is not only doing unscrupulous business  she illegally took my money on an incomplete application .!! which was not completed !!! An illegal unlawful practice,
I was told to do an application $125.00 fee on the website & up load my employment information ,. I told  Duviana , I would come to the office because I wasn’t good on the computer & the loading of my personal information on a website I just didn’t feel comfortable.
I was not comfortable giving a stranger my banking information so after doing the application ,I told them I would come back on  Monday with my personal information and finish the application.
I was informed by her colleague (Wilda  Encarnacion )that I had 2 days to complete it
To my surprise this am2/24/2024 I received an alert saying I was denied,how could I be denied and my application was incomplete.
I went yesterday at 2:15 pm paid my application ,fee $125.00 informed Wilda also emailed (Duviana ).by email I would be back to bring in my bank information.
Clickpay alerted  me they pulled the money around 6pm .Clickpay takes your Rent not an application fee to run your credit.Clearly something illegal is going on here ..All I can say is I’m thankful I didn’t get approved.
THIS IS Not SOME WHERE I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY!!!!!!!

I emailed called and informed them that I needed my application fee back because my application was incomplete ,I was denied on an incomplete application.
All I was told ,was that I was denied because of my credit, how was I denied my  application was not completed
.This is a criminal act and consumer’s Prospective  residence need to be aware .!!!
I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and the credit bureau.This is a SCAM !!! be aware do not rent at this property from these people!!
An this establishment needs to know who there employees are ..
Rules are to be enforced, if  my application was completed,I would have no problem.
I am entitled to get my refund because legally my application was not completed.
The integrity of the people  who works with your Company says a lot .. On top of there unethical practices,I found out they rent to Section 8 ..

I lived at TGM for one year. (2022) The building, room and amenities were okay, other than the dog pee/feces scattered throughout the hallways and buildings causing horrible smells. Worst of all, they took $1200 of my deposit for normal wear and tear on the carpet and small screw holes for my paintings. Absolutely abysmal. You will have to file a claim with the city to get deposit back.
The pool is always way too warm as they don't cool it.
The building also has large families living in small apartments. Not a problem but just thought people should know.

I recently moved to TGM from South Beach Miami.  I feel like it was a great decision because the community is highly organized, beautiful, and well maintained. I feel safe here, which is very important, and the staff here are wonderful people. They make me and my mom and dog feel very welcome and they always are helpful answering our questions.  I love the interior design, and the amenities are endless. I feel inspired when I look out on my balcony to the beautiful view of Ft Lauderdale. I also enjoy admiring the mega yachts when I walk along the waterfront. The building itself is impeccably maintained, and as an interior designer myself, I  appreciate the thoughtful details that have been put in every corner. The finishes are high end, and the layout of the spaces were well thought out. The quality construction and stability feels like a very safe and secure building. Additionally, the building smells fabulous. It is clean and it feels like you’re living in a 5 star hotel. There is always housekeepers and maintenance around making sure to take care of the property. The landscaping is lush and tropical,  and it’s an oasis in the city. I feel very lucky to live here. I also love the coffee machine in the morning, and the gym view is next level!! I am so happy I found this hidden gem and looking forward to exploring the area. I would especially like to thank our beautiful ladies in the office for working together and making my experience so lovely here. Definitely the A-team and it shows!!

I love this community! I'd be remised if I did not give major kudos and a huge shout out to the property manager Angel and the fabulous leasing consultant Jazmin. They made my transition into this beautiful community a wonderful experience. The customer service from Angel was amazing! The building is clean and beyond beautiful. The turn around time for maintenance team is SUPER quick. I moved into the property within the last two weeks and had only minor issues with some fixtures, I can't recall the supers name, but he came within a few hours of every order and was professional, knowledgeable, and did the work with a smile. I also appreciated how clean and efficient he was with the placement of the materials he utilized, to ensure it would not damage any of my belongings. Just a wonderful experience! The community itself is breathtaking and close to everything that I enjoy which is the beach, stores, restaurants, and other night life fun things to do. The community welcomes pets, however; I never hear any dogs or disruptive behavior. It's QUIET! I love the fact you need badge access to navigate through the community, I feel super safe. I also appreciate the amenities. I find myself going down by the water to read in a hammock, or go down to the club house area and enjoy the pool table, or just hang out with my new neighbors; while they cook on the grills in the zin garden area. I give this community 5/5 stars. I feel at home here!

The leasing staff is wonderful to work with.  Angel and Shaila are always available to answer my question.  The property is well kept up. Great Location.

I will start by saying that we have introduced several happy clients to TGM Harbor Beach :) As realtors, we are proud to bring clients to this RESORT STYLE community. People is what makes any community, so it is very important that all specialists in the Leasing Office are amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, always available, honest, and helpful. All tours are done without rushing, and all client's questions are always answered.  We do not know any other community that offers so many amenities to even include a boxing ring and a movie theater. Location is incredible: ocean is a few minutes drive away, and 17th street offers a variety of stores and restaurants so you basically can walk to these. Incredible community with top-notch team in an incredible Fort Lauderdale!
