TGM Harbor Beach

The pool has not been heated for about three months. TGM Harbor Beach administration, please give a detailed answer here WHEN WILL YOU TURN ON THE POOL HEATING????

TGM Harbor Beach is without doubt one of the best buildings to live in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. The ladies working in the office are wonderful and happy to assist as needed.  The maintenance team is very courteous and quick to address issues.  The 2 gentleman that maintain the parking garage and outdoor areas are constantly and consistently working hard to maintain a clean environment.  Very visible the entire staff cares about this property.
The building has so many friendly residents.  Good mix of happy family’s and young professionals.  17th St has nearly everything.   No need to get in the car every day!   I will truly miss living here and should I return to Fort Lauderdale, I find comfort knowing I’ll be returning to live at this location.

Management is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. They switched the EV chargers from free to paid without any notice, despite the fact that many residents signed leases expecting free charging. When I brought up the added monthly expense this would create, they didn’t even care. It’s clear they have no regard for their residents or the commitments they made. Extremely disappointing.

Extremely disappointed with the sudden change in EV charger policy. Without any notice, they switched the previously free chargers to paid ones. Many residents, including myself, signed leases based on the promise of free EV charging, yet management didn’t have the courtesy to inform us of this change. This lack of transparency and communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Residents deserve better.

After a week of repairs to the pool, it is still COLD!!! They pretended to do something, but in fact, nothing changed. The pool is not heated!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I have to edit my review.. when I originally moved in we had free EV chargers for the cars.. which is one of the main reasons I moved in.. without any notice at all they changed it to paid chargers and gave absolutely no instruction on the change or how the chargers worked. This is unacceptable. The reason I was willing to pay the amount I do was for the free chargers. And upper management seems not to care with the residents frustration.. the chargers also don’t notify you when the car is done charging and racks up so much money in idle fees. the pool which they have said is heated is freezing cold and we have not been able to use it for months now.
Theres constantly dog pee in the hallway, elevators and the grill area outdoors that’s always smelling.
Moved in about a week ago and I’m completely loving it so far! Angel and Duviana  and the maintenance have been very helpful and fixed any issues I have had. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The reason for the four stars is for some minor improvements that I believe could make the property a five star building
1. Fans by the tables in the grill areas, with this summer heat it gets unbearable and the grills aren’t by the pool, so adding fans or cooling mists by this area would be great
2. Hallways could be updated with better lightening and brighter colors, the lights are dim and carpets are dark so it makes it even darker
3. Building could use some signs such as elevators, amenities, etc. was lost my first week here
Other than that it’s a 10/10 for me and we are very happy here so far!
