Harding Place Condo Association

This is a great small community of 20 apts close to beach and every great attraction in our community. As all great in Miami Beach, it has its complexities because it has it all. Otherwise, why would intelligent buyers purchase 1000 sf units i for almost $300,000.00??

This building is in a great location and has a lot of  potential......The issue is having an inexperienced board running the day to day operations with no manager input or guidance.  The boards mean well, they just need to be guided the right way and trust the recommendations being made.  It does not concern me when I see comments like this,  how would residents know who or what the building needs when no one or a handful of people  make the meetings.  For starters, a full time maintenance personnel would be wonderful and second,  a board that is willing to be guided by a LCAM.

The place looks like it needs mabe a nice cleaning i dont know whos been trying to make this place nice and clean but this building DEFIANTLY need to change there manager and find people willing to come into this place and actually make it look like the place that it wants to be witch is A liveable spot of possible people that may want to buy a home here

This place is a dump. The association's president is a very rude old lady. Pets not accepted
