The Cloisters At The Gables Condominium Association, Inc.

I’m a resident here and they do absolutely nothing to fix the issues they knowingly have and cause. They close work orders without fixing them, they overcharge on rent for amenities that aren’t even completely constructed, and their units are unfinished themselves. This place is unlivable. Between broken air conditioning, faulty fire safety equipment, gas leaks, sewage overflows, this is the worst place to live. Don’t ever rent here.

Sewage coming up from the pipes, gas leaks, still fully a construction zone, no amenities, management lying and ghosting, flooding, unsanitary, and complete sham. STAY AWAY THEY ARE AWFUL

Terrible situation that they’ve put their tenants in… AC not working, paper blinds, dishwasher spits out water making it non functional, fire alarms beeping every 2 hours, unfinished trim, floors uneven, closet doors don’t fit the opening, door handles breaking off…. Multiple work orders put into management, but no one comes to fix anything. Other units in the building had to be vacated bc the plumbing issues (sewage coming up from the toilet, tub & kitchen sink)
STAY AWAY!!
