The Enclave Apartments at Waterways

Kayla, Nakoya, and Rashad are the best team yet. They have such a great team together it really feels like home. I could not ask for a bettter community to live at. Thank you team for all you do and keeping this property afloat!!!

I have not enjoyed living here. The buildings all smell like trash because there is trash in the hallways 5 days out of the week for pick up. There is a huge flea issue even with veterinarian prescribed medications. The manager in the office is rude and very assuming when asked to fix an issue stating, “we would need to replace the whole door frame” when in reality the lock mechanism was broken and only THAT needed to be replaced. When the maintenance finally came they did replace the lock but it had been looked at prior, twice. They were set on not replacing it until I literally threatened to withhold rent. I drive a compact vehicle and still have trouble because of how narrow the spaces are. The roof was redone between 8-5 which is convenient but the mess they left behind was NOT. They took over a month to come fix a black mold issue due to humidity on the third floor even knowing I have a newborn and was freshly pregnant with two other kids in the home.

Absolutely love the holiday events! Kayla, Nakoya and Rashad always have the right entertainment, arts & crafts and food for both the kiddies and the adults to enjoy.
Super excited to see what they do for Christmas!

I woke up Monday morning to find the warning lights on my stove on even though everything was off and cold. I was concerned so I put in a maintenance request before leaving for work. When I got home from work, not only was the stove fixed but the knob from my dryer had been replaced! The knob had broken and I had forgotten to put in a maintenance request. Kudos to the maintenance crew for going above and beyond!

I hope to be approved.  The ladies in the office was very nice and helpful.  Very clean property.
