Love this place. Quiet, the maintenance guys are super nice, thorough and quick. And the girls at the office are super helpful and friendly.

I’ve been living here at Deer chase for roughly 7 months  now and it has been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. Since taking the tour with Khrissy, signing my leasing and moving everything has been smooth sailing. The individuals in the office are amazing and friendly. The maintenance crew are fast and efficient especially the maintenance manager Milton. 10/10 would recommend Deer chase to anyone wanting to live at a safe and friendly neighborhood.

I love this community they staff members are Amazing and very knowledgeable. Their service tech are very nice and helpful and will go extra mile to make sure everything is fixs. Felix and Milton are awesome they did a great job fixing my oven..

PLEASE READ        not worth living here for multiple reasons  front office is not helpful  maintance ok there has been multiple problems living there with staff lots of turn around and noone knows anything  and there apartments are not worth living as there is mold and tey cant do anything used appliances and always issues
