I am writing to highly recommend the management team and staff at The Heights at Coral Town Park who has been serving as a community leader in our neighborhood for many years. I was amazed at the professional leadership this team has and how the team cohesively manages the property. The manager Danny, and his team Iliany, and Jina has the personality that is a perfect fit for our community. They are friendly, approachable, and easy to get along with.
Danny, Iliany, and Jina exhibits a profound respect for the individual needs of tenants and  their ability to balance professionalism with genuine care for the residents well-being is truly commendable.
I appreciate the extra work and time they take to ensure safety, maintenance updates, and community events.

Bad place to leave your cars, the security one does business with the towed guy and they tow your car for no reason, I pay monthly parking with them although my car was legal with his sticker registration plate all registered in the office, they reported the car and I had to pay almost 200 dollars to take it out, you call the office and they do not answer, you ask the security and they tell you that it must have been the other security, supposedly named Kevin, who does business with the towed guy , I would not agree this place, because you pay parking supposedly for the safety of your cars and the security is the first that steal,

Jina was very helpful during my move in process.

Be careful. This is a bad place to live. You can't leave anything on the balcony. You'll get your stuff stolen.
Got my bicycle stolen from my balcony on a third floor, went to the office, and they treated me really badly, didn't care or paid attention.
They just don't care about their residents.
