Delivered a huge family meal for this office with NO TIP. I imagine the residents are treated as poorly.

I thought about looking for rent in this place, but the SCAMS reported by former tenants of "Olivia" convinced me that it would be better for me to stay in the City that Progresses. Long live Hialeah!!

Audrey was an excellent leasing agent. She communicated clearly, responded promptly, and understood my needs perfectly. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Audrey was super helpful throughout the entire process of finding an apartment, to moving in, and even after the fact. She has been super attentive and answered all questions I’ve had regarding this apartment. The apartment complex is clean and quiet!!

Can not say enough about the experience renting at the Oliva. Audrey was always available to answer my questions through the approval process and you can tell that the property is well taken care as I had no issues with any appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc upon moving in. Extremely pleased I choose The Olivia.

to begin with Audrey is the absolute best. She’s extremely helpful with the move in process. Extremely patient & super welcoming. I wouldn’t be happier with how I got treated it doesn’t compare to any other apartments I went to view. I would definitely recommend the olivia for your next home!

I wanted to start off this honest review by stating that the attention to detail and professionalism is impeccable, not only was I looking for an apartment from one day to the next without many options and with very short notice me and my gf walked into the Olivia apartments office and were kindly greeted by a patient and professional Audrey as well as her property manager who was actually about to head out on vacation, as me and my girlfriend got all the information and were shown the place it was clear immediately that the professionalism was clear as day Audrey treated us with the most respect and handled everything smoothly she even went out of her way to guide us through the whole application just to give us the best chance at getting the last apartment available. Even after we left  when we finished the application without me and my gf knowing after all that help she even went above and beyond and asked her “the property manager” who I assumed was on vacation to take time out of her day which she was already on vacation on to help expedite the process and she really went out of her way . I’m eternally grateful for there help and time , not many people would go past there job and I’d like to say I’m very appreciative that they were so genuine.

7-25-24 I went to the Olivia to view a potential home. I had an appointment which was scheduled two days prior. This place is roughly 30 minutes from my current home. I got there early just to keep my day on schedule. I walked in and told the agent that I was there for my 11am appt. He responses by saying “October right?” I responded yes. He responses and says “we’re not showing any property right now. The leasing agent is out and my back hurts.” I’m not making this up. So I asked why make an appointment with me only to tell me you’re not showing me the property. His response “ I can show you the virtual tour.” I was so irritated I walked out and chuckled. If this is the representation of the Olivia, they don’t deserve my money or anyone else’s for that matter.

Excellent attention when I came to apply!!!! Miss Audrey gave me a detailed explanation of the place and the availability with great kindness and good treatment. Very grateful for the attention received
