We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.We're thrilled that you’re enjoying the spacious units, stunning views, fitness center, pet-friendliness, convenient location, and community events. We also appreciate your kind words for Raquel and Brian on the leasing and package room teams—we're lucky to have them!We understand the challenges that can come with navigating a parking garage, especially one designed to accommodate up to 2,000 vehicles. We urge all of our residents to exercise caution when driving around corners. To enhance visibility, mirrors have been installed at strategic points to help detect oncoming traffic. Additionally, we’re actively enforcing our garage rules by issuing violations to those who do not comply, all in an effort to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.We also enforce leash policies in all common areas and regularly remind residents through signage and communication. However, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue to address it with increased enforcement. Please report any off-leash pets to the Management Office so that we can address it with the pet owner.With regard to noise levels, we understand that noise disturbances can be frustrating, and we apologize if you've experienced excessive noise impacting your enjoyment of your apartment. We take noise violation policies seriously and enforce them diligently. Our policies have not changed, and we always remind our residents to report any noise disturbances to our security team, who then reports all incidents to the Management Office to formally notice the offending party. Please note, occasional noise during the day, such as neighbors moving in, may occur, and, while we cannot eliminate all noise, we have established clear guidelines and expectations for residents to minimize disruptions, especially during quiet hours of 11pm to 7am. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unavoidable situations.We recognize that every resident has unique needs and priorities.
