Feb 27 2024 update review I definitely havent had an experience so worst than  here is this building! STAY AWAY u been warned, today i wake up and my apt FOB keys are not working and i have not idea why they have done that, no reason at all, maybe because of my review ? Who knows, but a little update, in finally moving from this building, its not a nice place, is ways dirty, not well maintained, i ask 3 tines to come and check my washer never happened, and they over charged me for a parking space a couple of months they wont  give me my money back, i have to wait for them to decide when, so if you planning to move here good luck, if you are already living here check your rent invoices, they are tricky, also they have like 3 or more catering businesses running inside the apartments
Thats all for now im leaving hopefully this weekend will uptade my reviews if i get another surprise from them
Update review!! STAT AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING!!!
This leasing managment office is getting out of control, charging fees left and right, been here a resident for more than years now, praying time pases quick to finish my contract, door wont lock most of the time, you are no living in a secure place, keep stealing my deliverys, now parking rules getting ridiculous, also they have like 4 different restaurants operating on the building and they know about it, and wont do anything about it, also the gym is mostly packed because of the personal trainers making profit bringing customer from other places,

The Managment change and it was for the worst, the entrance system doesnt work, and when talking to the office they just said there is nothing they can do, wow really?? Its been like that 2 months already, also the maintenance on the building is really bad, all the time is dirty, brought it up to the office, their answer : the tenants on this building are messy… so thats a really good answer, and final, the lockers for your deliveries are a mess, i lost 3 packages already and told them they need no install a door in that locker room, any guest or any person walking by it has access, their answer: we are doing a talk for community watch with the police, really??? Like somebody going to stay there 24/7 checking people with the packages they are taking, i hope they turn things around and take care of all the issues, for now my recommendation to any people reading this review, stay away from here very expensive rent for a 1 star building management.

The customer service is terrible, there is no empathy and for them everything is money. They look for any excuse to keep the deposit.

Very bad attention from the administrative part, one arrives at the office and they are all doing nothing and they do not attend to you, and one sends them an email to present a problem and they are not kind enough to respond either. But to bother the resident for some reason there are if they are good I do not recommend to live since the people in the office area do not give you solutions and one covers up the other
