Muze at Met Apartments

Moved out over 2 months ago & still have not received my security deposit check. Emailed & called multiple times and no one helps.

I've been living at Muze for a little bit over 2 years and I absolutely love living here! Everyone that works at the building is so friendly and accommodating, from the front desk concierge, Marvin to valet and our maintenance team. Marvin and the rest of the team really make it feel like home, and I always feel so welcomed and excited to come back after I'm away. Our amenities are always clean and up to date. Any requests are always answered immediately or within the same day. This has by far been one of the best apartment living experiences I've had.

Another stop at a ZRS property and again happy to be a part of the community.  This time at the Muze.  The building is beautiful. The community is friendly and the location is outstanding for nightlife especially.  It’s beautiful! My initial introductory call landed with Clint and Mike assisted with closing the sign on process. Both are extremely professional, courteous and attentive.  One thing building management all over need to understand is…..the tenant/mgmt relationship needs to continue after the signatures are dry.  This team has not disappointed. They answer when called upon. Thank you !

The apartments are great and all but these people cannot seem to get their elevators working - the single most critical thing about getting to one’s apartment in a tall apartment building. Imagine that. No point of living here if you can’t easily get to/from your unit.

If you enjoy living in a “luxury” building that constantly has issues with the elevators, then this is the place for you! It’s an absolute joke at this point. Management has refused for over a year to spend the necessary money to get the elevators fixed.

Building is ok but management is terrible. There have been issues with the elevator for over a year and the building is doing nothing to fix it.

Beware of the Muze at Met. They are very underhanded with their contracts. If you do not write a letter to the Muze at Met office telling them that you are moving out they will charge you for the rest of the month. Let's say you move out on the 2nd of the month and call them to let them know you are moving out on the exact date your lease ends, they will charge you for the entire month if you don't put it in writing. With the Muze at Met's exorbitant prices for their amenities and rent, you will lose an unbelievable amount and almost the entire months rent they will screw you out of- thousands of dollars! This scenario happened to me. A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Also the Muze at Met management will take your security deposit in a NY minute when you move out. So you have to schedule a walk through with the scam artists to prove there is nothing wrong. I took a video to prove the condition of the apartment but I was told that I am not a licensed inspector or builder so that would not suffice. ANOTHER TOTAL SCAM! Another comment that was told to me, it's legal. Nice slap in the face and wallet -right?
I do not want this to happen to other people so please watch out for yourself.
*****Consumers beware of the shady practices going on at the Muze at Met property. A total rip off.
Also they somehow prevent this and other recent 1 star ratings to post under most relevant. Another SCAM. Nice job hackers.

The apts are nice and the staff is great and friendly but do not live here if you plan on having a car. The building is valet-only for residents and unfortunately the valet here is ridiculously slow, and it usually takes ~20 minutes to get your car and sometimes 45+ because they will only have 1-2 people going to get cars in a building where over 1000 people live, which is ridiculous for a place charging a premium price for rent.

I’ve been living at Muze at Met for almost 3 years now. Been a great experience. Obviously nothing is perfect, but overall I have no complaints. A wonderful place to live. From the staff to the amenities and community. I want to highlight Marvin at the front desk who is the best front desk person I’ve ever had. He’s worked here pretty much since I moved in March 2021. Always happy, excited to see you, incredibly friendly and smiley. Marvin makes you feel more than at home every time you walk through the door.
Overall Muze is a great place to live, I highly recommend it.
