This condo is big, nice! It has very good security, although it has few parking spaces for visitors.

Update: the crashed vehicle has been removed. The best thing about The Marquesa is its location. Our landlord and realtor have been wonderful, and we've had no issues with them. However, the management team, specifically the office staff, is a major downside. They seem to pick and choose who the rules apply to. For example, the association’s rules state that no broken or crashed vehicles can be parked on the property, yet a damaged vehicle has been sitting for over a month with no action taken.
Additionally, there has been a water leak outside one of the buildings for over a month, and mold is starting to form. Despite this, nothing has been done to fix the issue. The children's park is also in poor condition—the swing set is broken, and the ground is just dirt, making it unsafe and unappealing for kids.
Security is another problem. The guards often drive around on their golf carts while texting, especially the newer one who started a month ago. Open alcohol containers are not allowed in common areas, yet this rule is regularly ignored, and security does nothing about it. Instead, they focus on minor things like "messy" balconies or company vehicles parked in the community.
As for maintenance, they seem to be more for show than anything else. I rarely see them doing any actual work. The green areas are often littered with trash, which is never picked up.
Overall, I’m disappointed and can’t wait to leave.

Excellent place, I recommend it 100%

After a little less than a year of moving out of here I can finally say I’ve regained my peace of mind. Rest assured this has NOTHING to do with my wonderful landlord and realtor who did everything to make sure my short lived time here was a little better. I had very uncomfortable experiences as a young 27 year old with securities who managed and “guarded” the place, as well as management who had very strict rules that often times weren’t equally applied to all other tenants living there and often times wrongfully used on me. If you can save yourself the trouble I implore you to look else where.
