I've lived here for 2 years now. Since the new management, its so clean and safe to live here. Walking outside is safe bc you can see the security cameras on every building. They are always concerned with the apt upkeep which shows they care about quality and have high standards. They are very professional about maintaining the grounds. The kids are always laughing and playing outside.

I've been leaving here for 6yrs. I haven't had a problem with anything when something needs repaired are replaced it always get done. The property manager always takes care of what needs to be done. Loving kind and respectful. She takes care of the tents

I love this complex, it is always kept clean, the pool and the administration are very helpful, I recommend this place to live

I been living here for about 5 month. Coming from upstate NY wasn’t sure what to expect. I love it’s right on the US1 close to everything . The roaches problem  I had, as soon as I moved in was taking care off. The property manager is friendly, professional and always take care of any repair issues in or outside the apartment. It’s the most affordable place I’ve seen in Homestead and the Lake view it’s a plus.😇

Good morning, my experience with that company is very good, Mrs. Carolina Rodríguez's attention is extraordinary. I think it is a nice place to live and be able to share with many people in this housing complex. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work.

Roach infested they don't fix anything there's no one ever hear maintenance hide in the apartments I wouldn't rent here this is for a slum
