The Residences at Thesis

This building should be described as a college dorm building. This is not a peaceful environment for anyone other than unemployed college students. The hallways and trash rooms are dirty, there is constant stomping and yelling/ music blasting. I have had an issue with people throwing things on my balcony since I moved in. The Thesis takes no pride in reprimanding their tenants- probably because college students and their parents are fully funding this operation. I cannot wait to get out of my lease quicker honestly. Anyone with a day job, or that genuinely just wants a peaceful place to live and sleep- STAY AWAY.

Everything in the apartment works perfectly and the staff are very accommodating and available. We don't see ourselves leaving for the rest of college.

Living at thesis is a dream! The apartment layout is so modern and beautiful and is great for college students and adults! My favorite part about thesis is the infinity pool and events hosted by the staff.

Loving this place! Just moved it! The amenities are fabulous and I cannot wait for these next couple of months!
