The Residences at Thesis

I love living here! it’s so close to campus and so nice and staff is very helpful.

I am a resident here at The Residences at Thesis, and I had gotten my phone wallet stolen this last weekend, including my key card to get in and out the the building. Went down to the leasing office and explained my situation to Mavis. She was so understanding and they were able to quickly resolve my issue with the key card. Staff is so helpful.

Thesis is an amazing apartment complex with excellent management! Arlene, the property manager, is always helpful and professional. My daughter, a student at the University of Miami, absolutely loves living here. The community is safe, well-maintained and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live in Coral Gables!

Peace of mind !!! as a mother of a student attending UM ! Im so happy my daughter lives as Thesis . The building is impeccable , the staff defines helpful ,and are always attending to your needs with a prompt response ! Cant help to give a shout out to Mavis and Arlene for being beyond efficient! If you're thinking of moving here, don't think twice! Great location, especially if you plan on attending the University of Miami. The staff is great; Arlene and Mavis are two amazing women who are always there to make you feel at home and support you!
