Staff was nice. Hotel is outdated
No usable fridge,  no microwave no coffee maker,  no bottled water as advertised, 2 plastic cups for our entire stay, bed is horrible saggy and my back was so sore! TV kept glitching out,shower was disappointing to say the least . Cabinet had to be turned sideways as doors did not stay shut. My shins were at great risk of serious damage.
Ice machine didn't work at all!! Had to go to other floors.
Valets outside the front doors were excellent,  the man who provides the towels at the pool was fabulous.
Website says 4 star dont think so , maybe 3 max
Quite unimpressed for the price they charge and a resort fee to boot. Really?!
