If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. Management is a joke as a previous reviewer mentioned. Lisveth Rodriguez is the property manager and really doesn't seem to know what she's doing. Good luck getting in contact with them or trying to reach them it will next to impossible, despite what the website says about the hours.  Horrible experience, better off looking somewhere else. I feel as though we dodged a bullet with this place.

Very bad service, the manager they have is useless, Ms. Lisbet never solves anything, they should change the Management company because the one they have is not good enough to answer a phone or resolve an emergency

Management is a joke, starting with the manager, she’s such a clown 🤡 their office is always closed you dont even get to speak with any of the staffs there regarding inquiries

It’s in Wynwood and not safe, there is no Security and it’s in a bad neighborhood don’t recommend

I am interested in moving here but nobody ever answers the phone or responds to my email. I am not sure how to get in contact with them. Inconvient.
