Really bad management, Felipe the building manager would tell  my girlfriend   she looked beautiful (very weird) would not talk to me and only went through my girlfriend. When i signed the sublease he completely blacked out his phone number because he didn’t want me to talk to him. (Btw I never even tried) Management is really bad , our AC is very old (1965) they didn’t fix our ac until a month later because we threatened not to pay the rent. Mold in the apartment really bad.Said they fixed our burner (our stove caught on fire due to the wiring) but Felipe acted like he did and it still doesn’t work. Keep in mind I was working from home that day and he just barged in didn’t even knock.These people will come into your apartment with out telling you. Delilah is very rude and unresponsive. Good luck you get what you pay for.
