Town Hollywood - Luxury Apartments

The only reason I am giving Town 2 stars is because the apartment is very nice inside, but let’s talk about the problems and the conditions on the outside. I moved here in August 2024 and have continuous complaint about the following. Valet garage- tenants have garbage and  trash bins out all day. Valet on occasion forgets to collect garbage.
Garbage drips all over the floors and
hallways floors are filthy. I have seen garbage on the floor for months and management doesn’t keep up cleanliness.
Balconies are full of stuff and look’s like a storage facility.
Items hung over balconies.
Rules are not enforced in the pool area, so tenants are out there all night long.
Tenants do not pick up after their dog.
I have been to the office multiple times to address all this issues but at this point I feel like no one cares.
This is a beautiful place and has the potential to be great but if management
does not enforce rules and occasional walks through the property then these problems won’t change.

Living here has been such a great experience! The property is always immaculate, and the amenities are fantastic. From the refreshing pool to the fully-equipped gym, everything is designed with residents in mind. Massiel is always ready to assist. Alejandro the maintenance is also so helpful.

This property has truly exceeded my expectations! The grounds are always well-maintained, and the amenities are beyond what I expected. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and the fitness center is great for staying in shape. Massiel moved me and everything was so smooth and easy. I’m so happy with my choice to live here!

I love where I live. It’s a great location right off the I95, by all the shopping and dinning, just in walking distance.  Yet my apartment feels like a resort away from the hustle. The office is busy, nonetheless, the office staff is very kind and professional. Amenities are clean and well kept, the pool is my favorite.

If you're a realtor and have clients in need of a rental community.DO NOT show them Town Hollywood Apartments. They will not pay you, will not answer your emails/phone calls for months. Was trying to collect my commission for almost 6 months and was given every excuse in the book. I did a rental with a client in September! And finally got paid after a frustrating/ mentally exhausting back and forth. The leasing office are disorganized, unprofessional, especially the "Property Manager" Venessa Chin. Who avoided me at all costs for months. I had written numerous of emails regarding my situation with zero response. I had to go in person several times just to get an update or some kind of info. And whenever I did, she wasn't available , had a "Meeting" ( Mind you I saw her plenty of times just sitting in her office and wasn't in a meeting)
If you so happen to consider renting from this place with extreme risk and caution, the only person I recommend is Zolay. She's nice, pleasant and professional, and will at least contact assist when she's able to.
Horrific experience with Town Hollywood overall.

It's 4:30 in the morning and I can't sleep. Because my neighbors behind the wall are awake, talking, screaming, laughing. I'm a mother of a small child, and I really want to sleep. Especially at night. This is not the first night when they prevent me from sleeping. When I went to the office, the first person I started complaining to was Massiel, then she gave me a manager Vanessa, who introduced herself as the person who can help with the noise. Vanessa gave me her email, I sent her a video of the noise and a bunch of emails. To which she never responded, as well as Massiel. I even had to go to these neighbors at night and ask them not to yell so loudly. My child is 1.11. Who can help solve this problem? A terrible disappointment in this building, which we really wanted to move to. Also a problem with garbage disposal and mail.

Excellent property. Very well maintained. The management service is very professional. Álvaro was able to resolve my situation efficiently. I was very pleased.

Town Hollywood is the perfect community! Very peaceful, beautiful and quiet community with security as well. I can’t thank Zulay enough for her exceptional assistance in helping me secure my new apartment! From the very first interaction, Zulay was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect place. Throughout the entire process, Zulay was responsive, detail-oriented, and always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small. Her expertise truly shine.  She made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. She guided me through every step, from touring the property to finalizing the lease, and even followed up afterward to make sure I was settling in well.

I loved the property. Massiel was amazing, she showed us multiple units and all the amenities. She was very knowledgeable and never got frustrated with all the questions I had. Pool is amazing and units are great. We viewed the 1 and 2 bedroom units both very spacious. She also took us on a tour of the entire property which allowed us to view the water and the new additions. You would have never known the property was on the water. She deserves to be recognized for her great customer service. Thank you.
