Never ever met anyone like Maria who says works in a property Managment. She stole 2 of our security deposit that we have to give it to our tenants.  Never wanted to work lazy and loves to argue.  Maria is the Worse and her brother is a threat.  These 2 has to be kicked out from managing to get the build in good standing.

I have been renting a unit from Fred Clermont for about 3 years. Him and the association are the worst I have ever experienced. Part of the lease agreement states that he is to provide filters for the air conditioner monthly, Thus far this year he brought one!!!!! When the ac clogged due to a dirty filter He blamed me. The worst situation is that when it rains water flows, not drips but flows through my electrical circuit box.  I brought t this to his attention because the water damage was so bad it shorted out the light switch in the kitchen. Still nothing done. Then I notified code enforcement who contacted the association. A woman named Maria came from the association and inspected the damage and told my wife she would call me. She never did. I attempted to call her 4 times, I was put on hold and no one ever answered. I also left my name, the reason for the call and my phone number. I never got a return call. Now I am forced to contact code enforcement and my attorney.
