Treetop Apartments

Maintenance outside and inside the apartment, very bad.

Very dirty. Mice and homeless Cat community . Always fixing and never done. Pool has been closed since 2010. Never opened because they don’t want to pay to fix it. There is no dog park like they claim. Fleas all the time. No Rex center and no real tennis court. Mold everywhere they just give it a quick paint job and that’s it . I would Not recommend. People steal from cars and they enter your home without notice and shut off the water with minimal notice . Maintenance puts a bandaid in things.  Find something better for the cost ! Expensive for nothing. The people that say they like living here they probably have an overpriced apartment that was updated with new tile and new table tops for the kitchen but the mold and rodents are still there . Also neighbors are very nosey and spread rumors to get people evicted or they own way. Management has favorites. Becareful who you talk to there.

Very bad, the rainwater leaks between the walls of the apartments, this has happened more than 3 times in mine, we asked them to solve it and they did, but twice it rained after the water leaked again, in a few words, no. They fixed nothing or did nothing and they are supposed to be responsible for maintaining good apartments and these types of incidents should not happen and if they happen they should worry about solving it but they don't and also when they do it supposedly it's of no use.

1750 dollars, 300 up for doing nothing is amazing, do not recommend this place

For a few days now I have been registering the necessary information with the office and a worker named Maira to move here, after running my excellent credit of more than 770 in 3 and a half years and spending on applications, they tell me that I have to pay 3 months deposit plus one month lived, like 6,500 dollars, perhaps it is okay to manipulate interested and needy users to achieve a pleasant atmosphere. Latinos and people of all races and classes in the world, this place is horrendous in terms of atmosphere, security and cleanliness The pool does not work and this condominium lacks trained personnel to provide correct service. Do not allow yourself to be manipulated or think that I am posting these words out of hatred or resentment. I only do it to avoid spending the cumbersome and unpleasant moment at Treetop Apartments.

This place advertises 24 hr service. My mother in laws apartment is flooded on the first and second floor. Her carpet is soaked. She just had knee surgery and no one answers their emergency number. Top it off their voice Mail was full! What kind of service do they provide if their emergencies can’t be dealt with in a timely manner. Her neighbors advised that the office won’t reopen until 10. TEN AM!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of building is this??? I would never rent here!

I applied for an apartment, they took the deposit and for over a week I've called to get an update. Only to get the run around and then after few days of being ignored, they just started to hang up the phone when I called an I've yet to get a response.

It's an okay place for $1,300 but now they want to charge more: $1,800 which is unreasonable for what you get as well as the state of the location as it is in shambles to say the least. Find somewhere else for that price coming from someone who lives here now and is moving out ASAP due to the sudden change in monthly price to renew the lease. 1. Not enough parking.
2. Unresponsive office staff.
3. Nosy neighbors, very little privacy.
4. Construction and Lawn Maintenance done on weekends in the early morning hours.
5. Constant construction and maintenance personnel.
6. All in all it is a very ghetto place.
I am very confused as to what they think is worth the extra $500 as this place is horrible compared to the apartments surrounding it.

un buen lugar para $1,300, pero ahora que desea cobrar más: $1,800 que es irrazonable para lo que obtienes, así como el estado de la ubicación, ya que está en ruinas para decir lo menos. 2. Personal de oficina que no responde.
3. Vecinos nosy, muy poca privacidad.
4. Construcción y mantenimiento del césped hecho los fines de semana en las primeras horas de la mañana.
5. Personal constante de construcción y mantenimiento.
6. En total es un lugar muy gueto.
Estoy muy confundido en cuanto a lo que piensan que vale la pena el adicional de $500 como este lugar es horrible en comparación con los apartamentos que lo rodean.
