The management causes issues with : maintenance companies, cleaning people, parking for guests and maids, deliveries!!! "BEWARE OF RENTING OR BUYING HERE!!" (Do Your Homework). Elevators keep breaking down, pool always closed for over 2 years during resurfacing and now painting, rear pool elevators broken for many months still not operational!!! Constant False Alarms going off - every month/ sometimes multiple days!!-UNREAL!!!, outdoor fountain in poor condition(a disgrace), 2 management offices seperate with lack of communication!South gate parking exit always malfunctioning! This is an honest review. The a/c repair company requested an insurance form- I asked the office to please call them to be sure it's the proper form and the office staff told me twice- " I'm not your assistant" have them call me!!/ On Saturday my vehicle would not release from emergency brake and the roadside service from Mercedes was refused by the staff- stated their vehicle didn't fit and/ no insure on record- I was forced to call their vendor of choice Alpine Towing ( the worst) 10:30 am call and I was told up to an hour wait - I had to keep calling them for updates and they kept making excuses- they arrived at around 4pm!!! The dealership closed at 5.
