Tucker at Palm Trace Landings Fort Lauderdale

My 5-year-old decided to “borrow” the wristband for the pool on her way out, and now they're threatening to hit me with a $150 fee if I don't return it. Really killed my entire impression of the place. 🤬

I had an experience with this place and would like to detail some situations and I will list the pros and cons of staying with them. - they do not accept any package delivery, not even during the period you are in the apartment, that is, if you want to deliver any e-commerce purchase or correspondence or a delivery from a supplier you will not be able to, and this is terrible, because there are some suppliers that do not deliver to lockers and I had serious problems with this causing me inconveniences on my trip
- if you go with your family they do not provide a crib for your baby (it is not even possible to rent and ask for delivery because there is no delivery to the location); We had to personally pick up a rented crib and then have to return it, which wasted time. After numerous requests, Tucker's management did not offer any flexibility regarding this.
- the room is dusty and is not cleaned frequently enough, and my son, who walked around barefoot, had his feet black with dust the whole time.
- the kitchen is good, and it seems like an interesting option in the photos, but I would not stay there again because I tried to cancel and they wouldn't let me.
- the balcony seems like it was never cleaned. I tried to use it for a meeting, but everything was covered in dust. I couldn't touch anything because it was dirty. It really isn't worth the money.

Great place to stay

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised that I felt it was deserving. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Tucker palm Landing in Davie. The condo was clean and updated nicely. It was well  stocked and having in unit laundry was a nice added bonus.  It was definitely our home away from home. The area always felt safe and quiet. The Kasa virtual desk worked flawlessly from check in to checkout and communication was instant when we had a question.  I would not hesitate to book again.  Thank you for a wonderful 11 days.

It was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Clean bedding and towels. Comfortable beds. Large living room. Rooms: Everything matches the photos. Very comfortable beds and clean bedding.
Nearby activities: There is a McDonald's, a pharmacy and a grocery store nearby.

Great apartment. Spacious, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen and great location, close to everything. The only thing I couldn't solve was the problem with the smoke sensor, which kept beeping due to low battery. It took us a few days to get the reception to open and even after the visit, the sensor kept beeping.
Rooms: Spacious and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious closets. Bed linens, towels and pool towels provided.
