The most dirty property I’ve ever seen in my life it’s a disgusting mess of roaches, black mold, and dog poop. Nothing works in this complex like the water and ac and management doesn’t care and hasn’t for at least a decade. Management is extremely disrespectful and they have strange rules where you can’t really have people over. Absolutely terrible don’t ignore the other reviews you will regret living here.

I truly wish I could’ve kept my review at 5 stars because I did genuinely love living here but of course after a while the horrible conditions and terrible management has just become too much. This place is absolutely disgusting and they’ve fixed nothing all these years. All you have to do is scroll through the reviews and you’ll see how many problems this place has with the ac, water, washer and dryer’s and pretty much everything else not working. Since May the chiller has gone out 5 times in the middle of summer in this horrible heat and it takes them a couple days to fix. This place has strange rules where you can’t have guests over too often or else you get harassed by neighbors and management. The air ducts are literally infested with black mold and the grass areas are a minefield of dog poop because nobody cleans up after their dogs and for some reason that’s the way management likes it. Another huge problem here is the ridiculous amount of crime. Just in my building there’s two people that I know of that have had their vechicles completely stolen and most people here have gotten their car broken into at least once. I honestly don’t get how manager can possibly justify charging $1700 a month for these units that are almost the size of studio apartments with these terrible conditions. The incompetence of this management is absolutely atrocious and borders on the criminal and they should absolutely be ashamed of this mess they created here. This place needs to be condemned and the managers arrested. I’m gonna be in contact with my lawyer to see what can be done here because I’ve had enough of this

We loved our time at Cameron cove! Management is absolutely amazing and they have always been diligent with any of our concerns. Maintenance has also always been urgent and great with anything we needed. The office ladies are the best and very welcoming!

I tried in 4 different opportunities to obtain information and take a tour of the model apartment, in these 4 opportunities the entire staff of the leasing office always gave me an excuse not to show me the apartment, the first because it was almost closing time, the second because I had to do a previous appointment, the third because I went with my sister and she did not have her ID and the fourth attempt because the manager was alone and she was not going to show me the model apartment. Well, let the owners of this property know that the least that the staff they have in the leasing office cares about is providing customer service and much less renting the apartments. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Lived here for a year & it caused nothing but health issues for my dogs and I. The air is moldy along with showers & kitchen. Really like the maintenance guy, I know it’s not his fault. This place can Invest way more money in its air quality for the price they charge for a 1/1. We’ve been moved out for a month, and my dog has already stopped coughing. I’ve stopped blowing my nose my every morning, along with my boyfriend.
Price isn't even worth it. We found a 2/2 for same exact price, and we don’t have to pay for laundry or deal with mold.
I asked for a new fridge because mine froze everything, & they brought me a used one from another apartment. All of a sudden, after 8 months of living there, I now had German roaches.
Don’t live here, spend your money else where.
Ps, as we were moving out, the bathroom & kitchen started to leak all over the floors, the timing was impeccable.

Wow! Sending me to collections to pay rent when I moved out BEFORE my last day. Which you can clearly see since you legally own master keys to all the apartments.

This is a scam! Stay away from this place! It is run by slum landlords who are trying to scam unsuspecting prospective tenants out of their application fee which came out to more than $500. I applied here and provided all the requested information, but they claimed that they could not verify my employment. I confirmed with my employer that they had sent them the requested employment verification. The management then canceled my application and told me that the application fee was non-refundable. They scammed myself and my partner out of $500. We are seeking out legal counsel to pursue an official legal complaint about this management company with HUD and the Better Business Bureau. The application process is a total scam and they are just looking for ways to scam people out of $500. Moreover, I just learned from Florida HUD that they are violating HUD and charging more than $150 in application fees. It’s illegal in Florida to charge more than $150, but ZRS management at Cameron cove is charging more than $400 an applicant. The management company that runs this place, ZRS management has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau and multiple HUD violations against them.

This is a predatory scam. My partner and I tried to rent an apartment. I submitted the application and $500 in fees ($300 administration fee and $200 application fee). Afterwards, they claimed my partner's employment could not be verified despite the fact that her employer sent the verification. They also discriminated against me on the basis of my race. They then denied us an apartment and claimed that the $500 in application and administration fee was nonrefundable. They never had any intention of renting us the apartment and merely wanted to scam us out of $500. Stay away from this predatory scam. They are preying on students and immigrants who they presume are not aware of US housing laws.

You can only get hot water for about a week or two every month

It’s cheaper than other apartments because there are no washer,dryer(in unit) dishwasher , microwave. if your neighbors raise their voice you will hear everything.
Some buildings have better views.
The bathroom is inside the bedroom so it’s not comfortable for some guests to go inside someone else’s bedroom to go to the bathroom.
Good things are the staff ,the view and there is no water bill ,the hot water is included (so electricity bill is low)and lot of restaurants in the area
