Quick access. Key gate code no waiting for security to call. Parking was a little difficult because it was a celebration but we were able to park by house with no issues or people complaining or anyone threatening to tow. Nice quiet neighborhood! Love it!

My stall right by SW 137th Ave & SW 141 ...
My stall right by SW 137th Ave & SW 141st street. Very clean community. Secured and safe. The guard showed up very fast. Although he didn't approach me. He stayed there till my friend came over yo help.
