My sister in-law lives here and i have had nothing but amazing experiences with not only the staff but as well as the amenities on the property!’

I applied yesterday and I am moving today in one day I liked the attention the Realtor elibeth helped us with the process and everything went well I would recommend this place Alexa helped us in the office

worst living experience. Please don’t be fooled by these reviews I currently live here and it’s a nightmare I can’t be home in peace because I have loud and disrespectful neighbors management says they can’t do anything about it although I pay a lot of money to live here. There’s always party’s until late nights with people blasting music and you won’t sleep. There’s no assigned parking which is horrible because unless you live in the back your walking a good couple of minutes to get to your building and my car got vandalized more than once here and they didn’t care neither wanted to give me any information. In the first couple of months living here the maintenance people entered my apartment without my knowledge no letter or message was sent to me while I was sleeping and kicked  my rug across the living room.Horrible place to live in.

All the administrative staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. I recommend the apartments 100%, they are very comfortable and quiet

Apartment is at at a great area. The staff also very friendly. Well managed apartments. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The truth is that I would never rent here again. I am sorry for having renewed my contract at this place. When you go to the administration to file a complaint they tell you THAT THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING, for example "the night time hours of the pool area" in a few words we have to put up with the fact that people do what they want. But am I the owner who has to find the solution according to them by calling the police?! The rest is super expensive for what the place is, people do not respect the schedules of the common areas, there is no security, when it rains everything fills with water at the entrance to the apartments on the ground floor and the balcony, the doors The entrance to the community is open 24 hours a day, everyone enters as they wish. Oh, but the only thing they do have is the tow truck at 12 am to fine anyone who doesn't park properly or doesn't live here. I don't understand why they told me in admiration that by law they can't fine anyone! 🤔 I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ⭐️👎🏻 0

Not recommended when it rains the hallways flood and they don't clean them for days the parking lots are terrible

Nice apartments. BUT the people who live there, I don't know where they come from, they party until dawn at the pool until dawn. I visited my brother and we couldn't be outside because the smell of dog feces wouldn't let us be outside since there are residents who take out their pets do their business and leave what they do in the gardens. My son fell right on top of dog poop. I hope this comment does something about it.
