Twin Towers Condominium

Badly run with tons of issues like illegal short term rentals, illegal tenancy (1 or 2 people lease but 4 people actually live in one bedroom units - they're all one bedroom units), dangerous undocumented dogs and dogs running around off leash, stray cats coddled by people with dementia, drug activity, constant garbage pile-ups (vermin), garbage collectors/hoarders, illegals, convicts, you name it, for such a small property. Police called to this location regularly. Many people who don't or can't pay the monthly fees. The problems that can be helped, management and the board just let ride.

Elevator is always out of service .

Clean and calm building. Friendly neighbors. Pool was only closed due to COVID. It has since reopened. Close to Trader Joes, Ceviche 105, the post office, and lincoln road mall. Highly recommend this building and area as it is low traffic and clean.
