I owned and sold a penthouse condo in Miami Beach, Florida, and had numerous negative experiences with the building’s maintenance worker, Luis. I found his approach to be highly unprofessional and lacking in basic competence. Tasks that should have been straightforward often became unnecessarily complicated, and his communication skills left much to be desired.
Unfortunately, I also felt that Luis did not demonstrate the level of respect or professionalism expected when interacting with residents. This detracted from the overall experience of living in the building.
While I greatly appreciated the property itself, I’m relieved to have moved on and no longer have to contend with these service challenges due to Luis always  there to create obstacles for general living.
Luis really need to learn some skills bro.
You do not own and condo in the building, you are just the help, so shut up and do your job amigo.
